Shipping Information

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Some pieces are made to order so please allow 5 -14 business days for these items (excluding shipping).  Stock Items will be shipped out within 3 days. Customers can track their shipments at www.ups.com.   FREE SHIPPING for orders over $500.

Returns & Repairs

RETURN POLICY

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue a credit. This policy is applicable to returns made within 15 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit.  Store credits do not expire.

Please email studio@melissaorsinijewelry.com for a return authorization, and you'll receive further instructions.

When returning your pieces, please keep them in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx).  Melissa Orsini Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.

For online and show purchases made from November 24th to December 25th, we are happy to extend the return policy until January 20th (if you are shipping your return, returns must reach the studio by 1/20). 

REPAIRS, ETC.

The studio is able to offer repairs on MOJ pieces on case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs outside of regular wear and tear are available at cost (labor and material). Please contact the studio for a repair authorization and if you are able, include an image of your damaged piece.
